2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 948 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in short, is that two unknown persons boarded on a motorcycle looted the informant's car, cash amounting to Rs. 2,25,000/- and mobile phone.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of disclosure made by coaccused Prakash Kumar. No incriminating article has been

Learned counsel further submitted that T.I.P. has not been conducted till date. Learned counsel further submitted that petitioner has got no concern with the looted vehicle and cash amount. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 948 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
