The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 452 379, 307, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he has given sword blow on the head of the informant causing injury on him. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to quarrel between children of both the parties indulged in fighting due to which there is case and counter case between the parties. The injury cause to the injured is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 03.12.2022. He has no criminal

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, Motihari, East Champaran in Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S.
