For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ram Shankar Prasad For the Respondent/s : Mr. Gp14- M.K. Ambastha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 This Court is not inclined to show compassion within compassion.
The petitioner is already beneficiary of compassionate appointment and has got employment only by virtue of the fact that he was lucky person to be born to a government servant. Looking at the qualification the petitioner, the Court has doubt whether in these days of unemployment he can find any kind of respectable engagement much less employment. Such appointment, if any, violates Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the appointment he can surely take chance by competing with other competitors in the job market.
The writ petition is otherwise dismissed.
