Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No.210 of 2017, registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant's daughter made statement that she went with the petitioner with own desire and the girl is 18 years of age. As per Adhar Card and the court has assessed her age 17 years. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Roushan Kumar @ Roshan Raj is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
