The petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2017 in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No.200 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 308/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(i) and 41(i) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that the alleged recovery is from the joint possession of two others, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge,
