Petitioner is an accused in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 886 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons has been extended the privilege of regular bail vide order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11692 of 2020. Petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2019.

Case No. 886 of 2019.
