2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The informant of the case is the wife of the petitioner. She has alleged that the petitioner, who is the father of the deceased, committed the murder of the deceased. On the basis of the confessional statement of the petitioner, the dead body of the deceased was recovered. The injuries found on the body of the deceased were caused by a hard and blunt substance.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
