This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017 for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that only suspicion is raised against the petitioners and both are in custody since 16.03.2017. Learned counsel for the informant submits that petitioner no. 2 has got several criminal antecedent and the bail petition of similarly situated other co-accused, Ramdarsan Rai and Ram Ayodhya Rai, have been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order, dated 22.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37139 of 2017
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8893 of 2018(3) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
