====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the informant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017 for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that only suspicion is raised against the petitioners and both are in custody since 16.03.2017. Learned counsel for the informant submits that petitioner no. 2 has got several criminal antecedent and the bail petition of similarly situated other co-accused, Ramdarsan Rai and Ram Ayodhya Rai, have been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order, dated 22.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37139 of 2017
