This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.180 of 2021, registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307, 379, 327, 436, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned court of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.180 of 2021 within a period of six weeks from today and apply for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16134 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day.

It is directed accordingly.

The petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
