The Petitioner seeks bail in Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged by the informant that on 05.12.2016, two unidentified persons looted his motorcycle and mobile phone on the gun point.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has only come on his own confession in Sabour P.S. Case No. 209 of 2016. It has further been submitted that co-accused Md. Hiru @ Hira has already been granted bail vide order dated 02.05.2017 in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33124 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19682 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., III, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S.
