SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that writ petition stood dismissed against Respondent nos. 6 to 9 for the failure to comply with the peremptory order dated 21.07.2014, in the circumstances, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. As prayed for, this writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn as the findings recorded by the Consolidation Authorities under order dated 28.04.1989 passed by Assistant Director of Consolidation, Vaishali at Hajipur in Appeal Case No. 12/1988-89, Annexure-4 and under order dated 5.03.1994, 18.03.1994 passed by Joint

Patna High Court CWJC No.4797 of 1994 dt.30-04-2015 2/2 Director of Consolidation, Muzaffarpur in Revision Case Nos. 2788/1989 and 2789/1989 and other analogous matters, Annexure-5 shall be subject to the result of any contrary finding recorded by the competent Civil Court. In this connection, it is pointed out that the lands in question were relinquished in favour of the petitioner by her sister through registered deed of Ladawi dated 24.04.1987, Annexure1 on the basis of which Revenue Authorities have not only granted rent receipts to the petitioner, but she is also in possession of the lands in question.
