Though the petitioner is aggrieved by the shifting of his name as well as the name of his family members from Ward No. 14 to Ward No. 16 but counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that no objection has been raised by the petitioner against the draft voter list so published present at Annexure-1. In the circumstances and considering that the election is scheduled on 10th May, 2016, no indulgence can be granted at such belated stage.
