The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No.409 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 290, 221, 283, 353, 337, 338, 332, 341, 323, 427, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is a member of mob. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
