It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that there has been attack on his life and, for such criminal act, Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 291/2014 was lodged. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the licensing authority for grant of arms licence but no decision has been taken as yet.
Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of
