This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Tekari P.S. Case No. 441 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 447, 323, 384, 385, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner and prosecution party are agnates and this is a case with regard to land dispute which has been given the colour of extortion. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

No.24323 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Gaya, in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 441 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
