The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named eight accused persons and alleged that the accused persons, including the petitioners, were pilling on the land of informant and when he asked them not to construct pillar, all the accused persons indiscriminately assaulted the informant and others.

No.15142 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 accused Paras Yadav, Pappu Yadav and Anuj Yadav are alleged to have armed with Farsa and sword but they have been granted anticipatory bail as the injuries are found to be caused by hard and blunt substance. There is counter version of the occurrence. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that similarly situated accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13854 of 2016, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 441 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
