It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an order was passed on 30.08.2017 in the instant case wherein counsel for the State has stated that the matter is still under investigation, but it was an inadvertent mistake as charge-sheet has already been submitted bearing Charge-sheet No. 121/17 dated 25.07.2017 and the case has been committed to the court of Sessions on 29.08.2017 and has been numbered as Sessions Trial No. 426 of 2017 and is pending in the court of ADJ-I, Begusarai.
