JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 07-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81882 of 2019 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 13.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81882 of 2019, subject to deposit of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department by the petitioner, but due to lockdown, the petitioner could not deposit Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21217 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2021 2/2 within the time directed by this Hon'ble Court. Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by six weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) by the petitioner in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department in connection with in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur.

Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 13.02.2020 shall remain as it is.

Accordingly, the modification is allowed.
