1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant writ application has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 30.10.1992/07.11.1992 passed by the respondent no. 2 in Revision Case No. 1432 of 1989 (Annexure-12) and for setting aside the appellate order of respondent no. 3 and virtually setting aside the registered sale deed and registered Ekrarnama in favour of the petitioners, further to quash the order dated 28.08.1981 passed in Objection Case No. 23/81-82 (Annexure-8) as it has been passed without jurisdiction in mala fide exercise of power and further to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/orders for a direction, commending the respondent not to give effect to the orders as contained in Annexure-12.

3. Learned State Counsel draws the attention of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6824 of 1993(18) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 Court to order dated 02.12.2021 in C.W.J.C. No. 12507 of 2001 (Kumari Nilam Sinha Versus The State of Bihar & Ors.) and submits that the case be directed to be transferred to the BLT in terms of the aforesaid order dated 02.12.2021.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners also does not object to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
