Petitioner seeks bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No.145 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Name of the petitioner has been disclosed during investigation by co-accused, Vishal Raj @ Kangla, in his confessional statement, which also finds mention in the impugned order of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge.

Petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2018.
