2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which was earlier rejected by order dated 31.7.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36097 of 2023 with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

4. In compliance of order dated 13.3.2024, a progress report dated 18.3.2024 has been received from which it appears that out of nine prosecution witnesses, only one witness has been examined and it will take nine months to conclude the trial.

6. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the bail application of the petitioner. This application stands
