Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 147, 149, 337, 427, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being officer-in-charge of Sindhwalia P.S. went to make enquiry with regard to Dangasi P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 on 05.10.2014 when the mob blocked the road and damaged the police jeep by pelting stones. On identification of local people and Chaukidar 24 named and 20-30 unknown persons were made accused in the First Information Report. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general against the mob and there is nothing on record to suggest that anyone

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhawalia P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
