Although the petitioner seeks inclusion of her name in the voter-list of Gram Panchayat, Jiuri, Village- Dumari in the district of Nawada but it is fairly admitted by Mr. Shashi Kant Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that neither the name of the petitioner was present in the Assembly voter-list of 2015 nor she filed application in prescribed Form 'M-' issued by the State Election Commission for meeting such eventuality.
