JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2015 This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the First Information Report in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.Case No.434 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are named in the First Information Report with specific allegation against them. The allegations made in the First Information Report do attract ingredients for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
