JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application for grant of anticipatory bail with a liberty to surrender in the court below and apply for regular bail. Permission is accorded.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No.566 of 2013 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Patna stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
It goes without saying that if the petitioner surrenders in the court below within a period of one month from today and applies for regular bail, then the same shall be considered and decided on its own merits, without being prejudiced by the fact that the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to him has not been allowed by this Court.
