The present criminal revision application has been filed against the order dated 04.12.2019 passed by the learned court of 1st Additional District and Session Judge cum Special Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Complaint Case No. 37/2019 whereby and whereunder the learned court has dismissed the complaint case on nonest ground for the offence under Section 120(B)/420/406/323/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act.
