In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 486 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner has criminal antecedent as has been stated in paragraph no.3 of the present application. Looking to the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
