JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabhua P.S. Case 184 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. His name has been disclosed by co-accused Sushant Pandey @ Sonu Pandey in his confessional statement. The other co-accused namely, Divesh Singh, with similar allegation, has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 29629 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.37367 of 2017 (2) dt.07-08-2017 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabhua P.S.
