Case No. 711 of 2019 dated 06.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and two others are said to have taken the brother (deceased) of the informant inside a lane and fired at him leading to his death.

The petitioner has several cases to his credit. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
