This is a case registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is that in December, 2016 they had indulged in indiscriminate firing and throwing bombs.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation against the petitioner and others of indiscriminate firing and throwing bombs but no one is said to have sustained injury. He further submits that neither he was arrested on the spot nor anything has been recovered from his possession. He also submits that the petitioner has no criminal history prior to the instant case and he is in custody since 27.05.2017.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 215 of 2016.
