Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection Bypass P.S. Case no. 14 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant in the FIR has alleged that this petitioner Puttu Singh @ Ranjit Kumar Singh shot his uncle Ramashish Singh on his head by pistol leading to his instant death. Learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts that petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant, this court is not inclined to enlarge him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Satyavrat Verma, J) U T
