JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 When the case was called out, counsel for the private respondent no. 4 stated that the writ petitioner died in the year 1999. Respondent No. 4 who is the contesting respondent died in 1998. Both have not been substituted, as such, the writ petition stands abated.

There is no representation on behalf of writ petitioner, learned counsel for the State is present. Considering the aforesaid fact, I have no option but to hold that the writ petition, in the circumstances as noted above, stands abated. It is, accordingly, disposed of.
