15-06-2015 Heard Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 384, 379, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material for implication of the petitioner, however; on the basis of confessional statement of one of the accused person, the petitioner has been made accused.

In view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner namely Sonu Choubey be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of

No.19139 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 one month from today on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015, subject to condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
