The petitioner has filed this modification petition to modify the order dated 21.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21625/2015.

It is submitted that the BSFC has preferred SLP against the order dated 21.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21625/2015 and the order dated 21.07.2015 is stayed. In the meantime, this modification petition is filed.
