JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 28.01.2020, seeks bail in connection with Case No. C138 of 2020, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have been carrying 41.790 litres of liquor on the motorcycle which he was driving.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there is no signature of the

Regard being had to the fact that petitioner has a clean antecedents and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Purnea in connection with Case No. C138 of 2020. The application stands allowed.
