Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No.61 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that there is general and omnibus allegation against ten persons including the petitioner and injuries found on the person of the informant are simple in nature except one injury and that is not on the vital part of the body.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Moti Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21253 of 2018(2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No.61 of 2017.
