17-06-2015 Heard Sri Abhay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Uma Shankar Prasad Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Two petitioners apprehending their arrest in Aurai P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 395, 376(2)(g) of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4 & 6 of the P.O.C.S.O. Act, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are co-villagers and moreover, so far as offence of rape is concerned, in the medical examination, no injury was found. Be that as it may, in view of nature of accusation, I do not find any ground for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
