The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after one and half years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand of rupees one lakh and disposing of the dead body.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim was suffering from diarrhoea and she was provided medical facilities but she died during treatment.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15243 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 407 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
