====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 The petitioner, seeks bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 vide Special Excise Case No. 39 of 2020, dated 21.01.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It appears that 27.600 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 22.01.2020 and does not have any criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforestated facts and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14216 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 vide Special Excise Case No. 39 of 2020. The application stands allowed.
