JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 47(a) of the Excise Act. Allegedly, five litres of country made liquor from the house of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 each and seven litres of the same from the house of petitioner no. 3 have been recovered. It is submitted that all the petitioners are agnates and there was a marriage ceremony in the family of petitioner no. 2. The petitioners claim to have clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioners, namely, Tilesh Chaudhary, Ramishwar Chaudhary @ Garja Chaudhary and Rambali

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16508 of 2016 (3) dt.23-05-2016 Chaudhary, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Gaya Police Station Case No. 66 of 2016 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, subject to the conditions laid down under subsection (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
