Petitioner is accused in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 379/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
