Having regard to the nature of injury allegedly caused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18531 of 2015 (3) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 by the petitioners and others and thus, making them liable for offence under Section 307 and other allied offence of the Indian Penal Code, this Court will not be inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail specially when it finds that two persons, on account of indiscriminate assault by the petitioners and others, had sustained grievous injuries and one of them had head injury (parietal region).

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of all the petitioners is hereby rejected and they are all directed to surrender and if they do so, their prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced anything said in this order.
