This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused, Ravindra Kumar Poddar, and four unknown persons allegedly looted away motorcycle and other belongings of the informant.

During investigation, the petitioner was apprehended on suspicion. However, nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is ready to fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case. Considering the substance in the submission, aforesaid, as well as the fact that there is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahesi
