The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case she is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 3 and the respondent no. 3 may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no. 3 regarding her grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 3 is directed to dispose

Patna High Court CWJC No.5037 of 2019(2) dt.25-03-2019 2/2 off the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter. In the meantime, status quo existing as on today shall be maintained.

The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
