The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R., the allegation against petitioner is of commission of assault by sword.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple in nature by the doctor. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC.
