In this case, the petitioner is complaining that he was supplied substandard paddy and, on that account, he incurred the loss and the petitioner has made a claim of return of Rs. 1,03,700/-. This Court does not have any expertise to find out the stander of paddy supplied to the petitioner. If the petitioner so advised
