The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47A of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the hut, from where about 35 Liters of country made liquor was recovered, was not belonging to the petitioner and petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. In view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner namely Rajan Paswan be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of one month from today on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19077 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Barh, District- Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 under the conditions as contemplated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
