The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagalpur G.R. P.S. Case No. 66/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner is made an attempt to pick-pocketing the informant. From possession of the petitioner mobile phone, cash and scissors were recovered. It appears that the petitioner is in jail since 13.07.2016. He has already remained in jail for one year and similarly situated coaccuse Md. Salim @ Md. Samim @ Samim has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28761 of 2017 (2) dt.11-07-2017 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Railway Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. Case No. 66/2016.
