The petitioner seeks bail in Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. Case No. 472 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is the Officer-in-charge of the police station who has stated that he received confidential information that one person with Glamour motorcycle is standing in the market to sell it and after receiving said information, the informant proceeded towards the market and found one boy sitting over the Glamour motorcycle and on seeing the police party he tried to flee away with the motorcycle but he was apprehended and he disclosed his name as Brijesh Sharma @
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14359 of 2018(3) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Tamatar @ Avinash and could not produce the ownership papers of said motorcycle and as such was apprehended. After investigation police has submitted chargesheet against the petitioner who is in custody since 19.09.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S.
