In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 337 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a)/38/41/37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation has been made that from the other person, the illegal liquor has been recovered. The petitioner has criminal history.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below, the court below without being prejudiced by this order,
